Students willing to seek admission to different programs at ABESIT Group of Institutions may do so via any of the processes including Joint Entrance Examination, Counseling, Management Quota, and Lateral Entry. Rules and regulations for the same are given below:
- 85% of seats of the total approved intake will be filled through Counseling (based on the JEE- 2024 main ranks).
- 15% seats will be offered to the eligible candidate through direct admissions based on the guidelines of affiliating University (AKTU) and as per the institute policy.
- CUET 2024 covers admission to the second year for engineering diploma holders and B.Sc. graduates.

Facilities in Hostel –

Guidelines for Hostel –
- Hostel security fees (one-time) will be Rs. 5000/-(for each student). The security fee is refundable once the student will leave the Hostel Premises.
- Hostel registration fee will be Rs. 2500/- (for each student).
- AC will be on Hydel Supply only and it will be made available before and after college hours (i.e. 9AM-5PM).
- Students residing in hostel rooms will ensure that door and windows of the room should not be found open under any circumstances when AC is working.
- It is being further brought to knowledge of students that electric supply for AC will be off from 6AM-10AM in the morning on all non working days also.

provided

- Keeping Hygiene in mind, Cooler facility is not available in any circumstances.
- Use of Electric Kettle is permitted but use of Room Heater/Hot Plates is strictly prohibited and not allowed in view of Fire and Safety Reasons.
- Only Vegetarian food will be available in mess.
- The payment of Hostel fee would be annual for all and is to be paid in full. Fees once paid will not be refunded or transferred to any other fee or transferred to the name of any other person under any circumstances.
- Keeping health concerns, Gym Facility has been withdrawn.

Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech- 4 Years
Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/Mathematics/ Chemistry/Computer Science/Electronics/Information Technology/ Biology/Informatics Practices/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship. (Any of the three) Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
OR
Passed min. 3 years Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted. (The Universities will offer suitable bridge courses such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering drawing, etc., for the students coming from diverse backgrounds to achieve desired learning outcomes of the programme.)
B.Tech Lateral Entry- 3 Years
Passed Minimum THREE years / TWO years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in ANY branch of Engineering and Technology.
OR
Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.
OR
Passed D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector. (The Universities will offer suitable bridge courses such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering drawing, etc., for the students coming from diverse backgrounds to achieve desired learning outcomes of the programme.)
MCA- 2 Years
Passed B.C.A/ B.Sc. (Computer Science)/ B.Sc. (IT) / B.E. (CSE)/ B.Tech. (CSE) / B.E. (IT) / B.Tech. (IT) or equivalent Degree.
OR
Passed any graduation degree (e.g.: B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc / B.Com. / B.A./ B. Voc./ etc.,) preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination. (for students having no Mathematics background compulsory bridge course will be framed by the respective University/ Institution and additional bridge courses related to computer subjects as per the norms of the concerned University).
